Occasionally driving single-seaters for leisure (Formula 1, Formula Renault, historic Formula Ford...), Alexis VALENTIN is also the proud owner of a FORMULA RENAULT 2.0 (chassis 521) built by TATUUS. As such, Alexis VALENTIN is a Member of the LRS FORMULA Club , open to owners of Formula 1 and single-seaters, modern and vintage.
A car that Alexis VALENTIN wanted to make available to MERCURY SILVER and driving enthusiasts for the pleasure of sharing special moments, in a Club spirit!
Do you know the history of the Formula Renault 2.0 TATUUS 2004 chassis #521 that you are going to drive?
Built in 2004 by TATUUS , its first owner was the famous GRAFF RACING team then managed by Jean-Philippe GRAND.
This season, driver Simon Pagenaud competed in the entire Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 Championship , where he became European Vice-Champion (2 wins, 2 pole positions, 4 podiums, 2 fastest laps). Simon Pagenaud also contested 6 races in the French Championship (3 wins, 4 podiums, 5 fastest laps).
During the 2005 season, GRAFF RACING entrusted this car to Ulric AMADO who finished 3rd in the FFSA French Formula Renault 2.0 Championship (1 victory, 2 pole positions, 6 podiums, 6 lap records) behind his teammate Laurent GROPPI.
A very impressive track record for our car which will subsequently bring great success to many apprentice drivers within LSP RACING BY NEVERS/MAGNY-COURS and WINFIELD RACING SCHOOL .
